Great service the door supplier might want to add some protective plastic sheeting that the installer can pull off after install. Door had multiple superficial scratches which Action is taking care of. This issue I feel is more of a supplier packing/protection issue.

Action team was fantastic throughout and made my experience very pleasant. While Stephanie helped me get the technician scheduled immediately, Ryan as the service technician was phenomenal. Ryan was on time and he was very knowledgeable. He took care of my issue by fixing both my garage door sensor and wiring, while he got the remote to work. He was very professional and friendly giving me the details on what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Overall an excellent service from the Action team.

After the office told me an estimate, the technician called me back and quoted a higher price. I honestly don't believe his number was more reasonable than the officer's. I told your office not to send this guy to my properties again, since I do a lot of work with you.

Broke a spring and the door would not operate. Called Action Door, Ryan, who had experience with my equipment, was able to be there within the hour. Confirmed the problem, fixed it, checked out and lubed the system, cleaned up the work area. Professional, efficient, personable. Highly recommended!

Before Ryan arrived, I was sent a picture. He then called that he was on his way with a tracking app. Ryan was personable, professional and knowledgeable. A huge factor to doing a complete project is the company policy that alows him to complete a project before being assigned the next problem. He is not under a time frame. I would request him again!!
